  1. Toast undo button after deleting

    After deleting, popup toast with undo button should accure like google and many other apps are using. Or implement a recycle bin, this would make your app stand out, because not many apps has this functionality.

  2. If it's possible to support SSH connection?

    If it supports to connect vps via SSH ,that will be nice.

  4. File copy to SD card bug

    When I copy files from the internal storage, I get 0 byte files. I've in the internet that it's a bug but it's not clear whether it's a Solid Explorer or an Oreo bug

    I'm on a Xiaomi Mi A1. Oreo with January security patch.

  5. Music Player

    There is no limit to perfection. But why not make a comfortable music player. With auto switching tracks, the ability to fold the player while continuing to use the conductor, etc.

  6. security problem

    I made a shortcut for a webdav connection. I saved Username and password.
    When someone else uses my phone he is able to go to the edit function of the debdav connection and there he is able to let show the password.
    sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand what i mean.

  7. Cant save TXT file open with Shortcut on Homescreen

    I have a Shortcut on my homescreen, that point to a TXT file located on my external storage (sdcard). If i open the TXT file over the Shortcut and change content with the Solid Editor, i cant save the file.
    If the Solid Explorer is prevouisly opened the error dont appears.

    Attached file is a screen shot from my devices with the error messages.

  8. Crash on Android P DP4

    Hi,

    Since the last developer preview (4), Solid Explorer crash with my Pixel 2.
    I don't have time to send a bug report, crash before any action.

  9. Daydream VR support

    Add the ability to use Solid Explorer as Daydream VR app, so showing the interface in a 3D environment, being able to navigate it with a Daydream controller and opening VR files (e.g. movies, photos) with associated VR apps.

    Would probably make for a great plugin.

  10. Password protected Zip file problem

    One big problem I see is when opening a password protected Zip file it is saved to the temporary directory. Then from there on out it no longer needs a password to open. Is there a way to not save a copy of a protected zip?

  11. Improvement in App Viewer and increase the font size

    1.- In App Viewer would be nice to include a checkbox to show full information because at this moment takes a time. If this checkbox is off only show basic information.
    2.- Include a setting to increase the font size of date/time and size of files.

    One feature I miss from ES is the ability to rotate(90 degree intervals) images accessed over LAN.

  13. Shortcut to folders from android share> "save to" from any app

    Hello!
    I am constantly using solid explorer's "save to" (from share in an android app) to save files to a shared network folder on a windows machine.I would like to have a shortcut to the folder where I want to save the file after clicking the "save to" option, so that I dont always have to go through a bunch of folders until I find the folder I want to save to

  14. "Only this folder" under "View mode" should be checked by default and should be able to propagate to child folders

    When NOT clicking "Only this folder" ends up resetting view mode options for ALL folders, it makes no sense to have this being the DEFAULT action when utilizing the "view mode" dialogue. As a comparison, look at how this is handled in WIndows ... one has to EXPLICITLY tell Windows to apply viewing preferences to a specific folder or group of folders (granted that Windows makes this a clunky thing to do).

    Beyond this, a second checkbox for "apply to child folders" would make this a far more powerful feature -- since I find myself having to do this very…

    Like the functionality found in es file explorer. It's literally the only feature keeping me from switching to solid explorer. Please implement!

    The app search function doesn't have a clear option. It appears to be an oversight as the search here in uservoice has the circled X option to clear the field.

  18. Is there a way to save cloud storage to an external micro SD card vs. internal storage?

    Doesn't seem to be an option yet. Internal storage is pretty full and the added flexibility would be wonderful! Thanks :)

  20. Customizable app shortcuts

    The new app shortcuts are really great, but with such an complex app it would be nice if they would be customizable:

    1. Wouldn't it be nice to have an option to switch between Storage, Bookmarks and Collections for the shortcuts? (if possible)

    2. Wouldn't it be nice to have an option to show the first 4 or 5 items with the given order instead of dynamically? (if possible)

    3. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to manually set the shortcuts, mixed from Storage, Bookmarks and Collections? (if possible)
