  1. White error screen

    Hello, sometimes happens that I want eg. check md5 checksum, I mark some file and click on properties, Solid explorer show me white screen with this message: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.lang.String. Android.Net.Uri.getScheme()" on a null object reference. Or something like this. Why? What's wrong?

  2. Custom s3 servers

    Would be great if we could the s3 plugin with any of the various other s3 servers (minio, rados, Google cloud storage)

  3. Add an option to remove the dual panel navigation

    Hi friends could you add the option to remove the dual panel navigation? I love the explorer but I preffer a single panel mode

  4. Keep timestamp when copying files to SDcard

    Hello,

    I know that there is a bug regarding google fuse implementation that does not allows to keep the photo/video/file, that it is copied to SDcard, to keep its timestamp. BUT I would like to suggest if it is possible to try to implement it using root. I saw that total commander, mi-xplorer work that way. So Maybe it is a good idea to add a root option into settings so that all copy/move function could be done using root.

  5. Add Adobe cloud storage

    Lots of people use Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat DC. Both of these products include cloud storage, Creative Cloud and Document Cloud respectively.

    It would be great if we could access these cloud storage accounts through Solid Explorer.

  6. Onedrive does not stream to vlc

    Streaming videos (tested with mp4 and mkv, may also include others) from onedrive to vlc causes the app to open and just have the loading pylon cycle indefinitely.

    Streaming mp4 from onedrive to the google photos app does work however mkv does not (probably due to google photos not supporting mkv?)

    Opening mp4 and mkv files stored locally with vlc from within solid explorer works fine.

  7. Please add Media player, documents viewer and editor and must please add passcode set-up for security purposes

    Please add Media player built in look like a 'VLC Media player', add documents viewer that supports Power point files, PDF files, word files that increases your users base and it lead for increase your revenue. In addition you must add password/passcode for security purposes; In 21th century privacy and security must be needed by users.
    Above mentioned feature leads to increase your user base that takes 'solid explorer' to next level like 'Nova Launcher' is famous among Android users.

  11. option to toggle natural sort order

    Currently Solid Explorer seems to use natural sorting so that files would be sorting like:

    1
    9
    10
    40
    300
    2000

    Instead I want:

    1
    10
    2000
    300
    40
    9

    Would this be possible to implement as a user selectable option?

  12. Zip Encryption Information

    I am looking to use the 7zip archive encryption feature built into SE. I have a couple of questions and comments.
    First off I am using the 7zip archive encryption instead of the file encryption simply because it is more versatile. As in there are lots of apps across many OS that can encrypt and decrypt this file type.
    What I would like to know is what algorithm is used? The 7zip program offers both Zipcrypto and AES-256. Or do you use something else?
    Also the ability to encrypt the file names would be appreciated.

  14. Android Wear file transfer

    I would like to reopen this old idea as I have seen it was previously discarded. Adding access to an Android wear device to copy/move files between phone and watch is useful and can give us a few extra GB always available in our watch. Also, this can be useful to manage Google Play Music files and many others.

  15. Option to use Android share menu instead of inbuilt one

    Personally, I like the Android share menu better. However, I'm sure others prefer the inbuilt, so a toggle would be great!

  16. Goat mode is very, VERY poor joke

    Easter egg should be funny, dammit! Playing loud screamer, in my case in the middle of the night, waking up my family is just bloody stupid idea! I am very disappointed.

  19. Make mounted USB OTG be available for other apps

    Please make mounted USB OTG be available for other apps. For example, if I use StickMount from chainfire, the mounted drive is available to use in other file explorer apps, the picture gallery, etc. But if I mount it with Solid Explorer, It seems I can only access it from the solid explorer app only, not from any other app.

  20. copy path no paste option

    I made this suggestion in the old SE and it was planned.
    I saw the option now to copy a path is there but it is not useful as such in the way I would like.

    Essentially I'd like to see full access to the path field so that I can either copy and paste I to it directly or type a path in if need be.

    All that really needs to be done is to allow a long press on the file path and it would then switch to an entry field with cursor, thus allowing you to type…
