  1. Nested compressed archives cannot be extracted

    Nested zip, or other compressed archives, when tried to extract gives out error that operation could not be completed

  3. Wrong date after copy on NAS

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Solid Explorer on Android : when I copy a file to my NAS (Lacie CloudBox), the modified date is wrong. It is on october 2015...
    I tried with other apps (as ES Explorer), the date is ok with them.
    I don't know why Solid Explorer modifies the date... If I put back the back on my Android device, the date is ok again, but if I copy back on the NAS, it's wrong again...

  4. SD Card Problem with Android 6.0.1

    SD Card Access not working anymore since Android Marshmallow. Files cannot be deleted or changed, renamed, copied, moved anymore see Picture.

    I've unable to find a way to search for
    "all files of size >= <any_value_here>"
    There is only predefined intervals

  7. Nomedia created as txt files

    Im using cm13 to create .nomedia but it didnt hide at all, checked by built in explorer (cyanogenMod file manager v3.0) show as text file.

  8. Solid Explorer 2.0 won't start on Android 6 / Honor 7

    Hello,
    I bought the app and installed the version 2.1.9 on my Huawei Honor 7 with Android 6.
    But it doesn't start, so I even can't post a log.
    I already tried to reinstall and also to wipe the phone without success.

    Any suggestions how I can help you to solve this problem?

  10. SFTP: unknown error if password contains € sign.

    Hi.
    I couldn't connect to my server after changing a password getting an unknown error.
    In my server's logfiles I found that there was a problem with authentification so I change my passwords and found out that the € sign was the source of the problem,

    On the expandable panel on the right how do I sort the storages in my order? I chose 'my order' but don't know how to change it. Maybe a FAQ would be helpful

  13. LAN Connection failed

    LAN Connection always fail while trying to connect. But it is working with other file browsers like EsExplorer. Sent this problem along with the log and got reply that it is because of authentication problem. But it is not, because with the same credential i can able to login from my laptop and with EsExplorer. Because of this problem I have to use other file browsers in my phone. Please solve this problem as early as possible. Thank you.

  14. Upload to cloud missing

    What happened to the upload to cloud feature? I use Quickpic to ort through photographs, sometimes I will want to backup some to Owncloud on my home server so I'll use the share option on Quickpic, select upload to cloud and the transfer commences. However when I went to do it recently the option wasn't available as a send to target but 'save to ....' is, problem with this is that I can't get it to use my SFTP bookmark as the target, it just opens up a new solid explorer instance.

    It was working perfectly a couple of weeks…

    I had no trouble connecting box, dropbox and mega with the addin. I cant seem to get onedrive connected

  16. FTPS and FTPES shows empty folder

    When it connects using FTP it works just fine, but with FTPS and FTPES it connects and shows empty folder and when trying to create a new file it throws exception but when it reconnects using FTP it shows the empty file there.

  17. Picture thumbnails inside archives (ZIP, RAR, ...)

    Is it normal that with SE 2.1.7 the thumbnails of JPEG files inside an archive (e.g. ZIP or RAR) are not shown?

    I remember that SE 1.0 (classic) did that, but I don't find any setting for enable/disable this feature.

  18. Chromecast

    Chromecast option working fine first time after plug-in installation, then does nothing. (Xperia Z3 Compact Android 5.1.1)

    I really loved the Chromecast functionality for playing back locally stored music (usually kids' stuff) an I'd really love to get it back. Is there anything I can do to help?

  20. FTP Server plugin Ethernet support

    Connection to network storages (SMB, etc..) can be made via ethernet or wifi but the FTP Server only works via wifi.
    Please consider implementing ethernet support for FTP Server, as it's the main connection used for android tv boxes and such.
