    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

Oh, and can you remove, change, or toned own that over-eager "drop here to open" popup? It gets in the WAY EVERY time. Just make "Open" a menu option for Pete's sake! It's like you've never seen another file manager.

Again, how do I get a refund? I've gone back to using the free and intuitive MyFiles app as SE is just infuriating.

I created an account to also say that copying files to external storage is ridiculously difficult, unintuitive, and so far I haven't been able to do it. Wheni click, drag, and swipe to the right all I see is internal storage, no options for external or other storage! I've been using a free app called MyFiles for years and it's super easy and intuitive. Why can't Solid Explorer work the same, intuitive way? In MyFiles I select the files I want, then select Copy or Move and I'm presented with a window showing ALL storage options currently available. All have to do at that point is select my thumb drive, navigate to the folder where I want to place the files, then click Paste! Super easy, intuitive, and zero learning curve.

Why is it so obtuse in SE?! I wish I had realized this before I paid for the full version. How do I get a refund since it seems this problem has persisted with SE for a decade?

Copying/moving files should be much easier, so why isn't it? How do I get a refund?
