The device is completely unaware of my licence. There is an option to copy the device ID, but I don't know what to do with it..
An error occurred while saving the comment Johan Fernold commentedHad to revert to my old phone for a while and can't unlock SE 2 on this (unrooted) device. I have tried the data/cache-clearing-routine (multiple times) but to no avail. I am still met by the message about the expired trial. Under Redeem Code it says something like "bonus objects will be assigned to your device only". So is SE2 device specific, regardless what others are saying here? And what should I do?
I've struggled with this issue before (as seen in is this thread) and now I'm there again. Suddenly the licence was lost and I couldn't get it back, in spite of doing the Clear-Data-&-Cache on both Solid Explorer and Play Store. It still won't detect my bought license. At first I'm welcomed by a "Full version activated"-message but after pretty much exactly 9 seconds it reverts to the "UNLOCK FULL VERSION"-screen (see attatched image). And, no, the buy button does _not_ identify my license; it just give me the option to buy a new license.
It's a mystery that such a good app has such a miserable license mechanism.
Krzysztof, I really do like your app but I suggest you either..
• Remove the multiple device feature all together as it is not working properly
• Keep the feature but change "One purchase, unlimited devices" to "If you're in luck it just might, possibly, work on several devices, but don't hold your breath; it probably won't."
• Fix the problem
Otherwise we have to go looking for alternatives, which are actually quite good and plentiful nowadays, such as i.e. FX Explorer.
