    I wish I could vote down this idea. An encrypted PW recovery should NEVER be an option. The whole point is that you and only you know the password and hopefully you wrote that down or saved it in a PW manager just in case. If you forget/lose that PW and can reset it, there was no point in encrypting it in the first place.
