    In the user agreement of service I have not found any restrictions on the creation / use of third-party clients. Technically equivalent to the browser plug-in (though not particularly masked), and therefore limit its use only administrative. In any case, I would be interested to hear the views of representatives of Mail.ru in this regard ( the UPD: it is quite positive ).
