    In the user agreement of service I have not found any restrictions on the creation / use of third-party clients. Technically equivalent to the browser plug-in (though not particularly masked), and therefore limit its use only administrative. In any case, I would be interested to hear the views of representatives of Mail.ru in this regard ( the UPD: it is quite positive ).

    More on generosity and speed regarding the others, but lower safety policies. Therefore mail.ru is my best.
    It's been promised in the forums but somehow later extracted. Sincerely
