    I purchased your pro version ., OTG, and mega plug ins and would like a refund. There were more ad ons than I thought there would be. It was just not that useful to me. I emailed you from firetlg@aol.com 09/02/18 about this.

  2. Unable to extract 7zip files

    The description in the Google Play Store clearly states "Ability to read and extract ZIP, 7ZIP, RAR and TAR archives, even encrypted"

    I don't know if I'm missing something but I can't extract 7zip files, I've tried with a lot of files I already have and now I'm doing a test with 3 new files, it's just a txt file with the word "Test" stored in 3 compression levels. The only one I can extract is the level "Store" which doesn't compress at all. Both Normal and Ultra fail. Interestingly enough if the txt file is completely empty it doesn't…

  3. Solid explorer

    Samsung S5 / Android 6.0.1

    After start of Solid Explorer comes a clear screen and APP crashes. Clearing of data and cache in APP manager brings no improvement.
    Please advise.

    I'm getting "Soild Explorer couldn't verify your trial period.please connect to the internet.." error even after purchased premium version.

    Please advise if solid explorer can't be used without internet connection.

  5. SE text editor: The file is larger than 2MB, which is the max size.

    frustrating...

    I noticed Linux struggles while opening text files that are > 1Mb.
    Probably some pagefile tweaking?

    Note: I'm using a samsung note 8 with 6Gb of RAM.

  6. Missing valid license for mega plugin

    I purchased solid explorer and the mega plugin for solid from Google Play, but It says the plugin missing valid license, I cant even connect!

    I checked the logcat file, find it shows "Failed to find provider info for pl.solidexplorer.plugins.mega.LicenseChecker"

    pls help me solve this problem.thanks

  7. Unlock SE on Kindle Fire

    I have paid for SE for my Android phones and just got a Fire, installed Play Store. I'd rather not pay again. How do I unlock SE on the Fire?

  8. Solid Explorer is failing to detect the presence of an external USB drive. It is not clear to me why this is happening.

    While the native Chrome O/S "Files" application detects my external USB drive, displays it's contents and allows file manipulation as expected, Solid Explorer fails to do/allow any of this. I am not seeing any configuration setting which might explain this deficiency. Please explain.

  12. Samsung S8+ with Android 8.0.0: 'Unknown Error' attempting to access Google Drive

    I have a Samsung S8+ and recently updated to Android 8.0.0. I don't know if it's related, but I now can't access the existing Google Drive storage I had set up previously through Solid Explorer. Solid Explorer still shows it under the Storages section, and shows me how much space I have and have used/free, but selecting it immediately gives me an 'Unknown error' prompt with cancel and retry options; retry just brings the unknown error prompt up again, and cancel is as helpful as you'd expect.

  13. Xiaomi MI A1 running Oreo displaying 0B file sizes

    Updated my Xiaomi MI A1 to the latest Oreo updates (January security updates) recently and I realized that all files copied over to the SD card are displaying 0 B file sizes.

    However, although the size is 0 B, the files are actually working fine because I can actually open the copied zip file as well as viewing the pictures from the gallery. Can NeatBtyes please look into it?

    Whenever i try to move a video from one place to other , it just get deleted/the full video isn't send and the file gets corrupted. Please resolve the issue

  15. Encrypted folder always asks for passworld instead of fingerprint

    On my Samsung S7 the encrypted folder asks for passworld instead of fingerprint in a lot of cases. It works fine, but for some reason it happens to "forget" my fingerprint and asks for passworld instead in a lot of case.... I have to type in the pass and stick "use fingerprnt" again and again...
    Is there a solution?

  16. Is there any way for me to set up a static IP address using Solid Explorer's FTP server?

    I connect to my phone using Windows Explorer's "Add a network location" feature via Solid Explorer's FTP server, but it can be a hassle to keep on creating new connections as the IP address that it creates is dynamic. Is there any way to make this static?

  17. Image file icons stop displaying image thumbnail when modifying folder contents

    When opening Solid Explorer initially, image thumbnails display correctly for all images in whichever folder I happen to be viewing. When copying\deleting files within that folder, some, sometimes all, of the image file thumbnails will stop displaying and only show the generic thumbnail. I have to close the app and relaunch it to correct the issue.

  18. Accidentally copied a folder over itself: everything is 0KB now

    This is actually a huge problem, and I'm not doing anything with my phone until I've recovered the files.

    Basically, I have a folder on my Internal Storage on which I work, and a similar folder on SD Card where I copy all the files from time to time because I run out of space in Internal Storage (then I copy the files from SD card to my computer).

    Today I wanted to do it.
    I opened the parent folder in Internal Storage on left screen, and parent folder in SD Card in the right screen.

  19. Freezing on Nexus Player

    Latest update freezes after launch. I've tried erasing cache and data, and reinstalling, and rebooting device. After a new install, after agreeing with EULA, it freezes on the main screen (see attached pic)

  20. option to set default character encoding for archives

    Its really annoying to every time select "UTF-8" mannually when opening archive which has russian symbols. (if archive contains mostly english file names and only some russian, SE doesnt choses correct encoding automatically, and russian becomes like "?????" ). And those archives I used were created with SE.
