When playing movie from SMB share, subtitles are not displayed

When I play movie from SMB share in old Solid Explorer, subtitles are loaded automatically (if they are named same as video, with .srt extension... I play them through MX Player). But in Solid Explorer 2.0 this important and much needed feature doesn't work anymore :-( Subtitles are not displayed. Please can you fix it? New Solid Explorer 2.0 is unusable for me if this doesn't work :-/

    Yes, it happened the same with me. I also asked the same question in another community and someone suggested I use Rock Paper Candy. Now I am using this website and still have not faced a single problem. You can also try this website.
