When playing movie from SMB share, subtitles are not displayed
When I play movie from SMB share in old Solid Explorer, subtitles are loaded automatically (if they are named same as video, with .srt extension... I play them through MX Player). But in Solid Explorer 2.0 this important and much needed feature doesn't work anymore :-( Subtitles are not displayed. Please can you fix it? New Solid Explorer 2.0 is unusable for me if this doesn't work :-/

new archive overwrites existing without notification
steps to reproduce
1. create two text files test1.txt and test2.txt
2. select both files then create an archive
3. an archive "Download.zip" is created (containing 2 files)
4. select both files the copy and Keep both to create 2 more files
5. select all 4 files then create another archive
6. Keep the Standard Dialog Settings
-> Download.zip is created overwriting the first archive without any notification.
this is pretty dangerous as data loss can occur!6 votesThanks for the feedback, the next update will solve that problem.

Bug: grant SD card access when deleting non existent file
steps to reproduce
1. create a test file eg "test.txt"
2. Switch to dual pane
3. search for "test.txt"
4. delete the actual file "test.txt"
5. now without refreshing the search window delete the file there-> Message Pops up "You Need to grant SD Access to Solid Explorer..."
-> But Solid Explorer already has been granted root rights. the Problem is that the file does not longer exist!6 votes -
Support for multipart rar / zip
I often get to download multi-part zips / rar files; where a single large file is divided into 2-3 archives. For example, movie-xyz.part1.rar, movie-xyz.part2.rar, movie-xyz.part3.rar. Right now, SE doesn't support this and throws an error saying the file is in unsupported format when I tap on any of the rar. On windows PC, these rars are easily extractable, generating a single file at the end. It would be greate if SE can do it too.

Time variable should use hyphens not colons -[Batch Rename improvement]
The Time variable of %T should use hypens "-" as a separator and not a colon.
This is important for cross-platform compatibility (if movig files from Android device) especially for Windows, as Microsoft Windows does not support filenames with colons

SE doesn't ask for master password after closing it with double back tap
When SE is closed with a double tap of the Back button and a master password is set, it is possible to reopen SE and use cloud storages without re-inserting the master password. If SE is closed by swiping off the app from recent apps, the password is asked (as it should). Using Solid Explorer 2.0.3 on a Nexus 5 with Android M preview

Picking a sound via settings using SE2.0 doesn't work.
You can reproduce the issue doing this:
Settings->Sounds->Phone ringtone->Complete action using Solid Explorer->Find any sound file and select it->You will get 'None' selected.3 votes -
Box connection last step failed (confusion with Mediafire?)
Create new Box connection. Login form passed. At the last step, I hit connect and got the error

The scrollbar!
It would be great to have the option to disable the default 'fast' scroll behaviour, as I often find myself scrolling using the edge of the screen out of habit.

Searching File breaks Circle Button
Whenever you search a file and it triggers option to deep search, it hides the circle button. For whatever reason, leaving search while it asks to deep search won't bring it back. Force closing app is the only way to fix it.

Load subtitles
Add external srt subtitles when run video from SMB. In the old version was functional. I apologize for my English :)

Some menus have dark text labels while using dark theme
This happens in the built-in text editor and in the settings window. The text has poor visibility has a result of being dark on dark.

ftp server plugin ignores configuration changes
I could start the ftp plugin, but it ignores changes of the user/password and port settings, independent if the service is running or not.

Wrong alignment of pictures taken with front camera
If I take photos with my front camera the pictures are displayed sideways in Solid Explorer 2 (screenshot 1) and SE Image Viewer (screenshot 2).
If I open the pictures with another viewer or if I view them on PC they are displayed correctly, so I guess its an issue with SE.
Sorry for my bad english, hope you understand, and thanks for this gread Explorer.

Group change permissions
If select multiple files or folders, go to properties and change their permissions/owner/group, changes occur only in the first selected file, not in all selected.
This is very inconvenient. It is essential that the permissions/owner/group hanged in all selected files and folders.23 votes -
Menu items cropped (BUG)
Bug with the view menu being cropped out.. this is not a keyboard or dpi problem as I tested this by disabling all my keyboards and set my device dpi to stock 480.
This may be an issue regarding Android 5.1, as they adjusted some padding issues with dialogues, objects, etc.

Empty folders on my NAS
When I connect to my NAS server via ftp there are a lot folders without content. But I can see the files/content with Solid Explorer 1. I think folders with a space in their name are empty now.
Also the default panel content is not working. When I choose my NAS then Googly drive will be displayed on start :/3 votes -
New folder during copy/paste is impossible
If you copy a file, the FAB turns into the paste icon. Now you are not able to create a new folder. If you doesn't create one before you had to cancel the operation.
caneling paste operation is also impossible.
