Toolbar flexible (both Bottom or Top)
I have come up with a new idea for the editing tools of the SE 2.0 toolbar and how it can be expanded and newly displayed.
Personally I prefer accessing my tools Copy/Cut/Delete etc from the Top of the screen which is how SE 2.0alpha currently does it, for me it's clearer to use and easier for single-handed operation when holding my phone with one hand.
I certainly do think that 'Rename' and 'Share' should be on the accessible tools for quicker instant use instead of having to open an overflow menu for those.
So in total the new proposed Toolbar would include:
Select All / Select inverse / Rename / Cut / Copy / Delete /
I propose that the new Toolbar be flexible so that users can choose whether they want it to display at the top or bottom of the screen. Perhaps the toolbar can be fully drag-able as a floating toolbar so that users can drag it anywhere vertically on the screen (individually remembered for each panel).
This same proposed flexible Toolbar would only appear upon a file/folder being selected so it is should not be a permanent-display toolbar
and if Dragged into the center of the screen it would tint semi-transparency a bit :) Semi-transparency needed for when scrolling the list of folders/files behind it.
The semi-transparency would not be needed when it is auto to the Bottom or Top of screen.
Please see attached screenshots on this post that I have created.
Fingers crossed the developer can agree with this one :)

This claims completed, but one thing here is still missing: Flexible floating location.
Any chance this is in planned state? =) -

What you guys think about Address Bar being substituted by Action Bar in the instant of long press (or, if user decides to situate Action Bar it in any other position on screen than default top, Address Bar could hide, in order to give more screen space for content)?
Address Bar is not so necessary when one enters Edit Mode (or how you would call it? I mean when you can Copy, Cut, Share etc.), is it?

The notion of a Floating toolbar is not alien to Android - http://www.droid-life.com/2015/07/14/android-m-feature-floating-toolbar-text-selection/

The FAB icon would need to auto-disappear each time during any Multi selection of files/folders
Currently the FAB icon does not auto-disappear to the bottom of screen out of sight like it does when down scrolling a folder.

If dragged to the very bottom or very top of interface it will auto screen pin probably with a brief vibration on the phone.
But if dragged anywhere in the centre it would display in a semi transparent way
Anywhere position the toolbar is dragged, the position would always get remembered got next use.

UPDATE: Combined two recent related ideas for the Settings combined into one, have a look at this new mock-up: http://i.imgur.com/NgnBIOQ.png
maybe so that one will not work without the other enabled first within the Settings.
This original idea, if agreed, voted for and implemented, should better aid the developer Krzysztof, in making SE stand out more from other Material Design file managers :)

To actively enable the moving Flexibility, the toolbar dragging could be activated by long pressing anywhere on the toolbar itself (long press for 5 seconds or more)

Yes I understand now that three rows would be too much.
I have created a new latest mock-up which maintains the Two rows but some shrinks somethings around to accommodate the Full toolbar editor. See this mock-up screenshot I made: http://i.imgur.com/dFUtNLU.png

Don't you understand that three rows will be too much? :) It doesn't even look well IMHO.
