  1. SFTP: unknown error if password contains € sign.

    Hi.
    I couldn't connect to my server after changing a password getting an unknown error.
    In my server's logfiles I found that there was a problem with authentification so I change my passwords and found out that the € sign was the source of the problem,

  2. Very important UI Improvements

    The key of having an awsome app is having great features (as solid explorer) and having great UI (that's the Solid's problem).
    UI of Solid explorer 2 is very bad, icons are as same color as top bar, drawer icons are not beautiful, rounded icons in drawer are the worst, current Solid's UI is not well, it gives me a very bad feeling and it bothers my eyes a lot, pls pls pls change these, I know very people will be glad, I love this app but I care so much about UI, this UI that solid explorer need to…

  3. Add "open enclosing" folder from property sheet

    It would be useful to have an option "open enclosing folder" in files and folders properties sheet.

    I miss this specifically when using "search" -> tap item -> "properties" (And in that specific case, having "open target" for directories and "open enclosing folder" for files in the context -IE long press- menu would be even better

  4. Cannot open picture when items being selected, like in Classic version.

    I have used Solid Explorer Classic for some time, and just switched to Solid Explorer 2.0. Everything is good with the exception of the feature that allowed me to open photos while in select mode which I could do in the Classic version.

    I use this feature very often when sending photos to friends. I may need to go back to the Classic version if this feature is missing from version 2.0...

  5. Sorting storages problem

    On the expandable panel on the right how do I sort the storages in my order? I chose 'my order' but don't know how to change it. Maybe a FAQ would be helpful

  6. Permissions r/w

    I paid for this app because it's really good, but i'm really sorry because don't have permissions of read and write on the internal storage, in few words not allow me erase anything of the internal storage of my smartphone (ZTE Blade v6) and I do not think the problem is on my device, really i think this "bug" should corrected NOW!

  9. Pixel C, Android N - Access Denied and crash when accessing menu

    Hi there, apologies for not using the in app bug report but it crashes before I can get there. I also appreciate that I'm on the Android beta so I'm not expecting a fix before official release.

    On opening SE, the left window is blank, just showing "Access denied". Settings and side menu are okay but tapping on the More Options (three dots) icon causes it to stop straight away.

    I've restarted the tablet and reinstalled the app but the behaviour is consistent.

  10. Mega plugin: shared folders from friends in Mega are not shown in SE

    I have some folders shared with friends and them with me and will be a good idea if we could have an access to shared folders. Thanks

  11. More granular batch rename options...

    For example instead of the date method used I'd like to be able to use the date format YYYY-MM-DD. Perhaps instead of a straight date option putting options for the year, month, and day separately? Preferably with a numeric month option.

  12. FTP preset folders paths

    it would be nice if i could preset folders in the FTP addon.

    Maybe you add 4 buttons or a list where i can preset the folder paths.

    it would be way faster than changing them manually every time

  13. Free space in the pane, not hidden in the left menu

    I would like to see the option to turn on the free space or used space in the particularly opened pane without having to scroll on the left to see the menu with storages. Method seen in SE classic was much more user friendly. Especially as there is a space for it, most likely in the top of the pane....

  14. Bottom context toolbar enabled > rename file option selected > paste button should appear on the bar

    That way the process is sped up if you're pasting a file name, because whatever is before the extension is already highlighted. Either that, or ask what to do with the highlighted text (cut, copy, paste) immediately.

  17. Image viewer - Prefetch the new image, if viewing images in the cloud

    When you're browsing images on a remote location (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc...), it takes time for the next image to show up. So Solid Explorer should prefetch the next image or two in the queue in the background, so when you switch to them, you are not waiting.

  18. Home screen shortcuts leads to wrong panel

    I have the left panel set for internal storage and right panel for MEGA cloud. when I use the MEGA home screen shortcut it opens MEGA in the left panel, instead of the right one which is already set for MEGA !

  20. When making a screenshot, it won't show up until quitting and reopening SE

    Make a screenshot while SE is open.
    It does not show Photos>Screenshots folder. Not when reloading by dragging down and not by going back and forth in folder structure.
    Only shows up after killing the app.
