  2. Select interval

    Please bring in option for selecting files at interval. For eg. If I want to select files from 10 to 25 out of 1 to 30, I need to select first and last file i.e. 10 and 25 and hit SELECT INTERVAL option and it will do what it says.

  3. Adding tags to files and folders for easy search

    The index search is great but I think the ability to add tags to files and folders would be great. Lets say you're looking for a document related to physics, but has a different name. Well by writing out "physics" we can see everything related to that custom category we've created. We see anything we've added that tag to (Word documents, Excel, PDF, folders, etc.)

  4. Option to hide files and folders in SMB shares

    We can hide files and folders while in local or external SD directories but such option is not available while in smb share. When I go in to an smb share hosted on home server I see a bunch of directories with $ in their name. I would like to see an option to hide these.

  5. New ideas

    Good evening. I'm testing your application, I've been using another manager for a long time and for problems, I want to change. Your app was the coolest I found in the Play Store, congratulations. However, here are some tips for the application.

    • Possibility to continue operating the file explorer, when playing some audio in the internal player of the file manager

    • Get a quick shortcut to extract applications and select folder will get the extracted applications

    • Option to hide files too

    • Option to remove panels

    • Option to slide files through the app, and be able to delete them

  6. I can't see folder COMPUTER on google drive

    I have connected my google drive account, but I do not see the COMPUTER folder. is there any way to see it?

  7. License validation error

    I'm getting "Soild Explorer couldn't verify your trial period.please connect to the internet.." error even after purchased premium version.

    Please advise if solid explorer can't be used without internet connection.

  9. Mega & all other cloud accounts not connecting

    My main cloud account Mega is not connecting. Nor is it connecting to other clouds, like Google Drive & Microsoft OneDrive. I receive the message "Operation couldn't be completed due to an error on your device". I performed troubleshooting: tried rebooting the app, rebooting the phone, removed cache, removed app data, reinstalled the app, reinstalled the Mega plugin, reinstalled with removal of backup info, clean install with manual login on any cloud; I keep getting the same message.
    The well done cloud integration makes this a valuable app. Without it, there are better file managers out there. The designated apps…

  10. OpenSSH: Accept new key format

    Recent versions of OpenSSH create SSH keys in a new format. You can identify the new format when looking at the key and it starts with "BEGIN OPENSSH PRIVATE KEY" and not "BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY". Solid Explorer doesn't accept these private keys for SSH connections, so one must convert them to the old RSA PRIVATE KEY format.

    It would be nice if Solidexplorer would accept these "new" keys out of the box.

  12. Thumbnail support for CBZ and CBR comic files

    Mix Explorer and a few others have thumbnail support for comic files--cbz and cbr -- and not just a question mark icon. It would be great if Solid Explorer had this feature as well.

  13. How to create a bookmark?

    I don't seem to be able to find a way to create bookmarks for any folders. The bookmark manager shows "nothing here" and I can't find a menu option to create a bookmark from the current location.

    Any hints?

  15. Master password?

    Today I tried to link Google Drive to my Solid Explorer. I tried to google account password and it said invalid. After wasting a lot of time, I found something about a SE master password. Is that the problem? If so, I have no recollection of ever choosing a SE password. How do I fix any of this mess so I can get what I paid for ? Thanks.

  18. APP BACKUP AND RESTORE WITH CACHED DATA WITH ROOT ACCESS

    I purchase solid explorer pro today. Before I was using ES file explorer. I like the material design of solid explorer. But one thing I missed in solid explorer is APP BACKUP AND RESTORE....ES file explorer is able to backup apps and data with root access which solid explorer lacks.... Please add this feature...

  19. Long press menu disappears

    This is the main problem for me. When I long press a file to get the copy/paste menu. 9/10 times the copy /paste menu appears and immediately disappears. I have to unselect and long press multiple times for the menu to remain. This is on a nexus 6p. I've been waiting for this to be fixed by ear thinking it must not be a known bug.

  20. Double-fast clicking on "New file" opens two modals to create files

    Same thing with "New directory" button

    I also can click on "New directory" and immediately "New file" then both modal windows are opened(screens)
