  1. When zooming in a picture with the built-in image viewer the picture should be "depixelated"

    I noticed when I'm zooming in a picture it remains pixelated. I know it's not because low picture resolution because other image viewers display the image fine. This problem is most noticable when viewing scanned text documents.

  2. SMB files can't be deleted

    I'm using SMB to play video, after closing the third party player, the "steaming" notification is also gone, then I try to delete this video file, it can't be deleted.

    Error is "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.".

    This error is also happened on image file, I don't need to open the image file, the snapshot is displayed on where the file icon is, it also can't be deleted when I try to delete it.

    I'm using another file manager named FX, it works without any problem.

  4. name of image file in SE image viewr

    When you open an image file in SE image viewer, there is no title or name of the file itself on the top- only name of the app SE Image Viewer (see for instance image n1 attached); this is a useful feature to have a quick look to the name of the image, maybe only when you tape on it (I often use to "study" images and that helps me a lot).   5. Support DocumentsProvider/Storage Access Framework

    It would be great if Solid Explorer can access a DocumentsProvider created by another app (eg. google drive), this way you don't have to implement every single cloud services, if there's other app that can create a DocumentsProvider for that service. The built in Download app support this in the hamburger menu.

  6. Unable to extract 7zip files

    The description in the Google Play Store clearly states "Ability to read and extract ZIP, 7ZIP, RAR and TAR archives, even encrypted"

    I don't know if I'm missing something but I can't extract 7zip files, I've tried with a lot of files I already have and now I'm doing a test with 3 new files, it's just a txt file with the word "Test" stored in 3 compression levels. The only one I can extract is the level "Store" which doesn't compress at all. Both Normal and Ultra fail. Interestingly enough if the txt file is completely empty it doesn't…

  7. Classic unlocker Android TV

    Hello,

    First let me start by saying thank you for supporting the Android TV platform! I know I, as well as many others were eagerly waiting when the app would be compatible!

    Split screen in portrait mode like the one in FX file explore. It's really helpful for single-handed use to copy/move files between folders and to/from USB drive.

  12. automatic night mode

    An automatico night mode (with the dark Theme) will be really beautiful! You select the time from/to and the app will change automatically from light to dark theme! This will be very useful for the night vision.

  13. Make navigation drawer contents adjustable

    I want to be able to complete remove certain things from the nav drawer, such as collections, toollbox, and the background stuff(forgot what it's called). Basically I only use bookmarks and storages and want to be able to completely remove the other items from the drawer.

  14. Solid Explorer 2.0 won't start on Android 6 / Honor 7

    Hello,
    I bought the app and installed the version 2.1.9 on my Huawei Honor 7 with Android 6.
    But it doesn't start, so I even can't post a log.
    I already tried to reinstall and also to wipe the phone without success.

    Any suggestions how I can help you to solve this problem?

    Allow Solid Explorer to access paired phone's files using Bluetooth.

    A simple Bluetooth control panel (ON / OFF, Be Discoverable, Search, etc.) could be accessible on the left side drawer menu in the app.

  16. bring back drag and drop

    Will the options we have in Solid Explorer ever make their way over to Solid Explorer 2.0?
    Specifically the great option to make drag and drop easy again? In the old Solid Explorer you can just drag and drop items from panel to panel, but in Solid Explorer 2.0 you need to long press, then release, then long press the same item a second time, then drag to second panel, wait for a pop up each time asking you what you want to do, and then select "move" from the list, where all you needed to do in Solid Explorer…

  18. WebP format support for Image Viewer

    SE can even give thumbnail to webp pictures but se image viewer can't open them.(not found in open with). Other apps can't access to remote devices so it's annoying when i'm watching many pictures.

  19. A clear method of Cancelling an ongoing Paste action

    When you copy a file/folder in SE 2.0, the Paste action is shown on the FAB however there is no clear way of cancelling this Paste phase.

    There needs to be a method of cancelling a Paste or just relegating it to a background Clipboard function (another idea request entirely, lol)

    DigiLocker is a free 1 GB cloud storage service provided by the Indian Government for storing the important documents.

    Solid Explorer is already amazing. It would make it even better with the support for accessing data on DigiLocker space.
