1. File and folder items that are 'Cut' should get briefly grayed out (Windows style)

   A grayed out effect for selected files/folders that have been 'Cut' would be a good addition to Solid Explorer 2.0

   Don't worry about any damage to Material Design because no fear, the Material Designed latest Gmail app (v5.01) features the exact same grayed-out effect that is shown for when multi selecting emails...

   ...So this would fit right well with SE 2.0 for when a 'Cut' has been done

2. Backup, Restore and Wipe data

   Hi,

   Please rebirth the Backup and Restore feature into the new SE 2.0 :)

   Alongside this, within the settings, please also introduce the planned 'Wipe app data' too which would reset SE 2.0 back to a fully default state: http://support.solidexplorer.pl/responses/reset-all-settings-restore-app-to-default-settings

   SE 1.6x already has a Backup and Restore function that saves all app data to a specific file (with a filename timestamp).

   However I still observe that the 'Restore' process within SE 1.6x is a bit flawed as it should allow for restoring backpus via simple normal file browsing instead of opening a separate 'Restore' file manager window that was and still is confusing.

   I think that SE 2.0 should:

   1.) smartly allow for Restoring backups through the normal file explorer process of browsing for a file. This means that clicking on "Restore" in the settings will present the user with a message telling them to go back into SE and browse for the file

   2.) SE 2.0 should write all backups to a pre-defined app folder under the Internal storage (just like other aps that backup do too)....So as in Internal storage/Solid Explorer backup

   3.) Wiping app data should fully wipe all saved app data, bookmarks etc and offer the user an 'are you sure' prompt to support this.

5. Option to Disable Animations

   Can we get an option to disable things like the fade-in icon animations when loading lists and opening folders? I know that L and material are all about animations, it seems, but the option to turn some of them off would be nice. All the eyecandy can get a bit distracting.

6. Why do we have to go through so many pages to setup a connection

   I tried to connect to my local ftp server, and I had to go through many pages in order to create the connection : one for connection type, the next for server info..etc. I think all of these information should be in a single page, it will be easier and quicker to set up.

8. design suggestion/feedback

   Let me begin by saying that I've been using Solid explorer since the original beta. I'm also a huge fan of material design. A few months ago when the first file manager came out with material design, I installed it right away. It looked good, great even, but half a minute in, while trying to do some basic copy paste type operation, it hit me just how poorly it functioned as a file manager. It was clunky and unintuitive. Back to the comforting embrace of Solid I went. In the coming weeks, a couple more material style file managers were released, all just as clunky as the next.

   Solid Explorer never followed the Holo design scheme to a T, but it fit in with the system. In my opinion, even improved on it. What Solid does best though, is be completely intuitive. It's one of the most full featured managers, yet the easiest to comprehend.

   I say this in hopes that you will look to your design language in the original Solid explorer and bring more of it to the new version.

   For example, I find the bottom action bar in Solid explorer far more useful than the FAB in the alpha. Another great thing about the bottom action bar, is that (especially on big phones) you can accomplish any action one handed with your thumb. In the alpha, with the overflow in the top right, it becomes a two handed operation.

   Another thing your original Solid explorer does that I love, is the dialog that pops up on a long press. It looks great, has the options you need, and functions exactly as one would expect. The copy/move to the adjacent pane is the icing on the cake. It makes moving files around on a phone screen a million times better. The long press dialog is another item that can be done holding the phone with one hand. This too I find far superior to the FAB.

   The alpha does look great however, and the hamburger menu is an improvement over the original. As a folder loads the files, the animations swooping up look amazing.

   You do amazing work, and I think material design would benefit from your UI implementations

9. Add file preview for DNG files

   Is it possible to add in the future file preview for DNG (raw files)??
   There are some camera apps that uses Android 5.0 camera2 API and allow to save image in RAW for future edition like https://github.com/PkmX/lcamera | https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flavionet.android.camera.pro&hl=es and the stock camera of the ONEPLUS One.
   That would be an awesome feature.

    After setting up Google Drive cloud, the green button is already there until you tap it. The button is sometimes on the left and the right side.

11. OperationExecutor service keeps running

    Even though there aren't any background operations running, the above mentioned service keeps running. The apps should clean up behind themselves when they're exited.

12. [visual] Sudden color change while changing folders

    While swiping tab, the second tab has a dark action bar and then suddenly switches to bright. It can be animated with a wipe animation from left for second tab and for right for first.
