This is a really helpful reminder. A lot of people focus only on medication but forget that nutrition plays a big role in overall reproductive health. Omega-3s, leafy greens, and whole foods seem to support the body better than highly processed diets. I’ve also started paying more attention to what I drink daily. Even when grabbing coffee, I sometimes check the starbucks menu to see which options are lighter in sugar.

While specific foods can’t directly regulate irregular periods, focusing on balanced nutrition during your cycle helps support overall reproductive health. Including omega-3 rich foods, fruits, and vegetables can contribute to better hormonal balance over time. And if you enjoy your favorite meals in moderation, you can explore more options on the Braum’s menu to make informed choices here: https://braumsmenus.com
