If you are trying to export contacts from Lotus Notes names.nsf to MSG format, I can highly recommend using the GainTools Address Book Manager. While Lotus Notes does not directly support export to MSG, this tool offers a smooth two-step solution. First, it extracts all contacts from the names.nsf file into standard vCard (.vcf) format. Then, it allows conversion of those VCF files into MSG format, making it compatible with Outlook. The tool supports all vCard versions (2.1, 3.0, 4.0), works offline, and maintains all contact details like name, phone, email, company, and photos. It’s user-friendly and works on all Windows versions including 11.

To convert VCF files to Lotus Notes Address Book format (.nsf) without data distortion, use a third-party solution like GainTools Address Book Manager. This tool is compatible with Windows OS 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP, and Vista. It allows easy transfer of contact files from iCloud, Skype, and Outlook.
