    Before jumping into IoT, are we addressing existing user requests and bugs? I think a look at websites such as https://www.pissedconsumer.com/ could help prioritize; these reviews show that businesses need to focus on fixing existing issues before expanding to new features. Perhaps a survey to gauge user interest in specific IoT features would be a good first step. Let's make sure the fundamentals are solid before branching out!

    Fast laundry, huh? Sounds like a dream! Anything to make life easier. On that note, I recently switched to Earthbreeze laundry sheets, and it's been surprisingly great I had to look up the Earthbreeze phone number https://earthbreeze.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html at one point because I almost ran out; since I'm trying to use Less Chemicals I don't want to run out. Now if only Solid Explorer could magically do my laundry too! Jokes aside, this is a cool idea and I'm all for it.
