    Thank you, Sophia, for sharing this information. It works. I tried the demo version of SysTools PST Splitter Tool. And it works to divide my PST files into smaller parts. It gives different split options, and I feel splitting your data files is better to solve the Outlook mailbox full.

    This error means that your Outlook has crossed the size limit; in simple words, your PST file size has crossed the size limit. So, separating them into smaller parts will be a good option.

    Working Steps to Fix Outlook Mailbox Full Error

    Step 1: Download the software.
    Step 2: Upload your large data files.
    Step 3: Select any file to split as per choice.
    Step 4: Browse the location to save the output file.
    Step 5: Select any “Split Options” according to you.
    Step 6: Select the “Next” button to fix the mailbox full error.
