To further clarify the problem, at some point during the SE Network Connection Wizard to DropBox, a password to DropBox is requested. I then enter the password and it works to complete the connection. Then SE presents a screen stating "Almost Done", I then click the "Finish" button, and the next SE screen shows, <<"This connection needs to be encrypted now. Please enter you master password.">>. At this point I reenter the same master DropBox password as before, but it doesn't seem to work. There are no error alets suggesting the password entered is incorrect, it just keeps repeating the screen showing <<"This connection needs to be encrypted now. Please enter you master password.">>. I tried multiple times deleting the connection as it appeared on my web DropBox account, and complete the SE connection wizard, but it just doesn't work.
