    I also see in you FAQ that we have to wait some times
    "Android’s media scanner needs to scan the files again"
    But after 1 hour, nothing at all
    You said : "If you still see the folder as empty even after waiting some time, there must be something wrong with Android’s files database. This problem is not related to Solid Explorer and can’t be fixed inside the app."
    But it works with other softwares... so I can't understand your statement

    Hello,
    I have exactly the same problem !
    I have tried all advanced parameters in Solid Explorer (2.1.17)
    It success with other software (like FTP Express Pro) with the same parameters
    Is it a well know bug ? future correction ?
