    Dev: Perhaps this is just a bug. If that's the case maybe just remove the user sort as an option rather than trying to fix it. It's a nice but not essential feature

    It looks like this problem never got sorted out as it's now March 2017. Given that the user sort is an option and doesn't seem to have a means of actually sorting by the user it looks like this might be a bug.
