ftp server plugin ignores configuration changes
I could start the ftp plugin, but it ignores changes of the user/password and port settings, independent if the service is running or not.

Couldn't test it, but is it possible to limit the access via ftp to a single directory (means, the server blocks 'chdir' commands)?
