Cant go up in the directory using sftp
The ssh connection drops me in the home folder of the server. How do i go up the folder to the root / of the server?
There is no .. to move the directory and the back button simply gies back to the internal storage.

I think that SE 2 should behave exactly like SE 1 here: if you set a path for an SFTP connection, it should start in that directory, but still let you go up till the very root. For example, i may usually want to access my home folder, so i will set it as the starting path. But sometimes i may need to access other folders on my system.

Hi Kryzsztof. Great looking app, can't wait to move from Solid Explorer 1 to 2 for good.
My BIG problem right now: Can't connect to my mac using SFTP. I've
used a "/" (without quotations) as path as well. It gives me a big red
box with a white x in the middle. The error message reads: "A problem
occurred with network communication".I have no issues connecting with Solid Explorer 1 with the same
settings and same network (don't need a "/" there though). I also used
ES just to test things out and it works there as well.any thoughts?

Hi, sorry for late response. Did you try to enter "/" as the path when creating the SFTP connection?
