Outlook doesn’t natively export all contacts in bulk as .VCF files, but you can easily do it with a conversion utility.
You can use eSoftTools PST to vCard Converter (included in their PST Converter suite). It extracts all contacts from your PST file and saves them as individual or combined VCF files, making them ready to import into Gmail, iPhone, or Android devices.
