Search is turning up files that don't actually exist
I searched for .zip in solid explorer. Among the results were several for 0kb files which don't exist in the folder shown (also according to Solid Explorer) and can't be deleted or modified. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Actually, I figured out a workaround to my own problem: take a junk file, put it in the directory where the ghost-file is reported to be. Give it the same name as each of the ghost files. Then delete it. Problem solved.
I'd still be interested to know if there's a less labor intensive way to fix this problem, and also what causes it in the first place.
