Hi

I just got the app about a day ago. I've done the set up whereby am at a stage where the solid explore is supposed to load my laptop computer on the app.

In the past 24 hours I've eagerly made about hundreds attempts to load my computer on the app,but the app says there's error (see attachment).

Kindly advise what to do.
