Solid Explorer is failing to detect the presence of an external USB drive. It is not clear to me why this is happening.

While the native Chrome O/S "Files" application detects my external USB drive, displays it's contents and allows file manipulation as expected, Solid Explorer fails to do/allow any of this. I am not seeing any configuration setting which might explain this deficiency. Please explain.

    i am having a similar problem with a usb HDD connected to my router. it does not find it on the network scan.
    my router is MediaAccess TG789vac v2

    Additional information; I have installed Solid Explorer on an ASUS C302CA Chromebook.
