Samsung S8+ with Android 8.0.0: 'Unknown Error' attempting to access Google Drive

I have a Samsung S8+ and recently updated to Android 8.0.0. I don't know if it's related, but I now can't access the existing Google Drive storage I had set up previously through Solid Explorer. Solid Explorer still shows it under the Storages section, and shows me how much space I have and have used/free, but selecting it immediately gives me an 'Unknown error' prompt with cancel and retry options; retry just brings the unknown error prompt up again, and cancel is as helpful as you'd expect.

    Same issue with new Sony Xperia. This solution to logout and login again within the Storage Manager worked perfectly. Thank you

    I was having the same problem after moving to a new phone and reinstalling Solid Explorer. My settings were automatically restored, but Google Drive did not connect.
    Solution was to go to Storage Manager, edit Google Drive, then click "previous", then "disconnect", and connect again. Should be working now!
