After doing a cut paste operation, can't tap on folder to open it. Always defaults back to copy/paste

After doing a cut/paste operation, can't tap on folder to open it. Always defaults back to copy/paste operations, etc but open folder isn't among them.

    Seem to have found how to do it. If I tap to the right side of the folder's list it opens.
