problem is SMB(FAT32)
SMB share do not works in FAT32 disks. Copies cant be done(access denied). No problems in NTFS.
I tested many times with 4 disks. All copies was failed in FAT32 and done in NTFS.

I tested this with a samba/linux based server. FAT32 and exFAT don't work there either. Access denied when trying to copy a file to the server. ext4 works fine.
It seems, this specifically caused by FAT-based file systems and not related in any way to the server software being used or it's configuration.
