  2. Add operations to the queue

    In v1 new operations were always added to the queue, copy, move, delete. Now every new copy or move is immediately executed which is a problem for me: I mostly copy/move between device and a Nas drive, and doing simultaneos copy reduces overall performance.

    Hope you can bring back the queue in some way. As currently I see queue but I am unable to add to it.

    Create a Home Page which would provide us access to Videos, Images, Documents, Downloads, etc.

  5. Bottom context toolbar auto-hide and empty folders

    When the bottom context toolbar is auto-hidden while copying/moving files to an empty folder, it stays hidden forcing me to navigate to the previous folder and scroll up to make the toolbar show and go back to the empty folder to be able to access the copy/cut buttons.

  7. Please add a recycle bin feature like es file Explorer. Lost some huge files today because of this feature missing.

    Today i lost a 10gb folder while deleting a .rar file, solid explorer accidentally deleted the entire folder. I was not able to recover my data as i m not rooted. If thr had been a recycle bin option like es file Explorer i would have saved my data. This was a really sad day for me as i lost a lot of stuff. So please add recycle bin it's my humble request. Thank you.

  9. Left panel show by default when opening app

    Is this functionality already there?
    When I launch SE, it goes to the last "page" i was on when closing the app. I want, instead, to have the left panel display by default, showing my bookmarks etc. .... There are various versions of this request that have other elements and ideas attached to this request. But this is simple: open app > left panel displays

  10. Integration with fingerprint scanner and folder visibility...

    1. Encrypted folder needs proper integration with fingerprint scanner. Currently, fingerprint authentication alone is not consistently working and is mostly asking for password first. This is probably a bug that needs to be fixed.

    2. Hidden folders are visible via other file explorers and the folder as well as its contents can be deleted and manipulated, defeating the purpose of hiding it.

    Using the latest version of Solid Explorer (2.2.8) on Android Nougat 7.1.2.

  11. Global Storage Manager

    As of now,to check the size of each file/folder we need to long press and goto properties......it will be way more convenient to have a dedicated area where all the folders and files are listed with there sizes/%occupied and we could sort them by size(asc/descending)

  14. Does read SD card, but can't write.

    Tested on Mi A1, it can read SD card, it shows in the side bar, but every time I do copy, cut or something in SD, files become 0B. Files will be normal after a reboot, but it's totally annoying that I can't access my files in instant.

  15. Backup service for storage

    Would be nice to incoporate scheduled backup service for storage manager.

    E.g. the ability to make a scheduled backup of data from say a LAN/SMB or cloud service location to your internal memory.

  17. Idea for file encryption

    Can you try to add possibility to decrypt files who been encrypted in the android app on PC ? Cause when you work on your phone and you encrypte files for send in your cloud and you want to modify it on your pc is not possible to open .sec files on PC

  19. SE image viewer small size images better management & double tap

    in SE image viewer ,there is no way to see the image in it's 100% size if the image is smaller than the screen resolution
    because SE image will allways try to scale it.

    simple suggestion :
    double tap = toggle between 100% zoom and Fit to window.

    It's good idea, to make auto switch between white to black and vice versa using light sensor, because I notice, it will change based hour
