  1. Videos on Chromecast

    I really love this app, but i want to have more control on Chromecast plugging like a button to go back 20 sec, also i need play next file on the folder automat, really usefull to view series, and finally two buttons for skip forward and skip back like 5 or 10 seconds. Thanks a lot for your time and excelt effort.

  2. Can't browse folders anymore after updating Chrome OS to v 72/Android 9

    I can't browse folders any longer after updating to Chrome OS 72.0.3626.97 and Android 9 on my Pixelbook.
    When I click on a folder with the trackpad it selects the folder instead of open it! (Doing a Long Press) But when I click the folder with touchpad it works fine!

  3. Problem with more than 519 files in the folder over SSH connection.

    I have one problem with the file in the folder.
    using SSH I connect to my server (WIN10) and I have a problem - if I have more than 519 files in the folder so I don't can to open it - "there is a problem with network communication". I use OS android Solid Explorer.
    can you please help me, where is the problem?

  4. Connected to Windows Desktop; Bought App; No Longer Works

    I bought the full Solid Explorer app after testing it with our network yesterday and it worked fine. Today, I can't connect it to the LAN network anymore. The error message says "A problem occurred with network communication. Please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again." Both the tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and Windows 7 desktop computer) are connected to the internet on the same network.

    Please let me know how I can fix this issue. This feature is the only reason I downloaded and paid for the app and Google won't refund the purchase even…

  6. Can't unmount usb, SE redirects to Storage Manager

    Using Solid Explorer on Samsung a54. Android up to date. Have a SanDisk 256 USB pendrive mounted. The kind with a flippable USB-C and USB-A connection. Using Solid Explorer in the trial version, I like it and wanna buy it, but I also want to figure this out. I have the three dots next to the USB drive where I can click unmount but when I click unmount it takes me to a Manage Storage screen for the memory on my phone. I have to switch to the native Samsung file manager if I want to really unmount the drive…

  10. Multi-select wouldbe great for within the Bookmark manager

    The ability to Batch select multiple Bookmark entries for deletion and for batch rearranging would be an awesome treat :)

    This would require the addition of Three icons to the top toolbar of the Bookmarks manager. These three icons being:

    1. Delete icon (trash can)
    2. Select all
    3. Select inverse

  11. Exclusive permisions - protect a directory and it's files from being deleted

    As previously mentioned in another thread: http://support.solidexplorer.pl/responses/lock-deletion-for-wholle-folders-and-maybe-files-too

    It would be great if in the future users could collate a list of folders/files that have to require exclusive permission before being deleted...This would only be to prevent accidental deletion from within Solid Explorer.

    This feature would be for Solid Explorer internally only.

    I am not talking about Encryption I am talking about a padlock in the form of a long passcode or removing the lock from within the settings.

  12. an Apply button for the View-changer menu

    Please consider adding an 'Apply' button for the View-changer menu so that users have affirmed confirmation that their custom View setting has just been applied.

    Currently user has to press Android back button which would close the menu and save/apply the View setting (if changed).

    In an attached screenshot I have visualized using the new UI 'Green tick' as a means of pressing apply to apply the setting (please see attached screenshot)

  13. Editing Cloud connections doesn't work

    Updating cloud connections doesn't work.
    Steps:
    1 create a valid dropbox or Google Drive connections.
    2 go to connection manager
    3 choose a overflow button and choose edit
    4 press next, press connect, see that the connection fails.

    Because this fails, it's not possible to change the name of the connection or do anything else without logging out and in again.

    Highlight multiple files while holding button on s pen like with a mouse. And also when you hold button and click on a file it acts like a right click and opens up a menu.

  15. File properties to support full long filenames

    Long filenames need to be supported in the file properties section of the properties of a file in Solid Explorer 2.0

    Perhaps viw method of clicking on the filename to expand or through by dragging the text with finger.

    Long filenames such as 250 characters

  20. Add operations to the queue

    In v1 new operations were always added to the queue, copy, move, delete. Now every new copy or move is immediately executed which is a problem for me: I mostly copy/move between device and a Nas drive, and doing simultaneos copy reduces overall performance.

    Hope you can bring back the queue in some way. As currently I see queue but I am unable to add to it.
