    It would be great to have fearure which shows records of recently created files

    This features is available in es file explorer as "new file" and shown in home page.

  3. Open with does not list Pebble app

    I used to be able to choose Open with/Other apps/Pebble for PBW files. However, after installing LineageOS on my phone, Pebble is not listed in the "Other apps" list in SE.

  5. Ability to type in custom path

    I have NAS storage with hidden folder which I'd want to access. I's not display in the list of folders so It would be nice to have the ability to type in the path...

  9. Improvements...

    Good day,

    Thank you for a beautifully designed and functional file manager that works.

    Here are some suggestions for improvement:

    1. Ability/ option to open/ play supported file formats using inbuilt document viewer and music/ video player, without prompting to choose another installed app. Currently, if we choose "always" during the prompt, it is applied system-wide and we don't want that.

    We would prefer using a dedicated app for each file type as default app when opening/ viewing files from another source, but when accessing a file from within your app, we would like to have an 'option' to set Solid…

  10. Integration with fingerprint scanner and folder visibility...

    1. Encrypted folder needs proper integration with fingerprint scanner. Currently, fingerprint authentication alone is not consistently working and is mostly asking for password first. This is probably a bug that needs to be fixed.

    2. Hidden folders are visible via other file explorers and the folder as well as its contents can be deleted and manipulated, defeating the purpose of hiding it.

    Using the latest version of Solid Explorer (2.2.8) on Android Nougat 7.1.2.

  12. Add "Computers" on Google Drive

    Google Drive had update, it's can choose any folders on computer to sync (Which is not just the "Google Drive" folder again).

    And on the Google Drive web, it add "Computers" shortcut on right menu.

    So, it should add the "Computers" selection on Solid Explorer, similar the "Shared with me" selection.

  14. Issue faced

    I used one plus 3t some times i select a video it have laging selection of players not getting. When i closed and reopen then it will fine, after some time the same issue is there

  15. Make renaming easier

    Currently have option set for the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. The problem is when you rename something the toolbar disappears and you have to scroll down to make the toolbar appear again...stupid. Also when renaming it seems to choose the last period to select to this is also dumb and should be changed because the last period is not always the end of the file name. Basically you should make renaming more like ES.

  17. Balance deducted from play but in-app purchase not done

    i can't purchase it because every time i try to purchase it balance deduct from bank but it shows trial expiring in 12 days

  19. Root access granted since opened

    When the app started it can't directly to go to root/folder, it must wait for seconds untill root granted then file can be opened.

    So maybe i think it is better if root access granted since the app opened.

  20. SE Stream should play files on internet

    SE Stream functionality doesn't cast from video files on the internet. Apps such as Google Photos or VLC can actually run video files on a server
