    Zoom out in new version is not so powerful like in the old one, few lines at the lower zoom

  4. Overview like on Galaxy S6 My Files

    When you open the S6 file manager you have a nice overview (like what you have on sidebar on solid explorer) which I would prefer to have in this file manager.

  5. Tap + Hold --> "Open Beside" option missing

    In classic SE the way to quickly move files from one folder to another was to:

    Tap + Hold on destination folder and click "Open Beside" to open it in the side panel.

    Then you could send files to the background (or side panel depending on orientation) very quickly and easily.

    In the new version you must navigate to the destination folder in a separate panel since the "Open Beside" option is missing.

    Please bring back the "Open Beside" option!

  7. [Nexus 6]OTG-Plugin Not Working

    Plugging in the OTG Drive (OTG SD Card reader) with fat32 formatted sdcard, Solid Explorer asks for access permission. After granting permission, in the left side bar where the drives are listed, the OTG drive will show "Error. Space usage not available". Upon clicking on that drive, the error message "suspicious sectors per cluster count -128" will appear. Log attached. I'd be happy to provide more data if needed.

  8. collections

    Allow users to decide (blacklist/whitelist) which folders show up in Collections. For instance, let me blacklist my Music folder and it's sub-folders from the Photos Collection so that it does not include album art. I only want photos from certain folders. I do not need to see icons, etc.

  10. How to disconnect from a FTP server

    Is there a way to disconnect from a FTP session.
    This exist in SE1 by long typing on the FTP server...

  13. Display status bar with information on the current file selection

    The old Solid Explorer had a small status bar with information on the current selection (number of files, total file size). This is essential for a file explorer's main purpose: file operations. I know there's an information tab that I can call from the menu, but that is a cumbersome detour. I really need this information often an immediate while moving files around. I cannot imagine any useful file explorer without this.
    Please add this information (to the space wasting header area maybe?)

  15. File properties to support full long filenames

    Long filenames need to be supported in the file properties section of the properties of a file in Solid Explorer 2.0

    Perhaps viw method of clicking on the filename to expand or through by dragging the text with finger.

    Long filenames such as 250 characters

  16. Restoring Settings of invalid Bookmarks should get grayed-out or strike-through

    In the classic SE version if a user restored thr settings backup file and that restoration had bookmarks that were no longer invalid (example. From another phone) then I think that thr invalid Bookmarks should get grayed-out or strike-through line across them to represent that they are no longer valid

    This is just a simple UI update

  19. How to create a bookmark?

    I don't seem to be able to find a way to create bookmarks for any folders. The bookmark manager shows "nothing here" and I can't find a menu option to create a bookmark from the current location.

    Any hints?

  20. controls buttons when selected files (cut, copy, delete) at the bottom

    change a location of control buttons (cut, copy, delete) because the fingers do not reach the upper edge
