  2. Hope the "recent files" section can actually detect all recently added file.

    Hope the "recent files" section can actually detect all recently added file. it would be more easier for me!
    Right now i feel like it quite random. Would love to be able to quickly access those recent PDF or picture without searching folder to folder

  3. Network devices not visible

    I've used Solid on and off for a long time but with the current UI I can no longer find any network devices. Both the panes open internal memory and that is the only choice in settings.
    What am I doing wrong?

  5. Show elapsed time in file operation dialog

    When copying/moving a file only time "Remaining" is displayed.
    I copy a big file to my computer and I like to see the "Elapsed" time as well.

  6. Freezes on Nvidia Shield with Oreo Update

    Solid Explorer now freezes on start after Oreo update on Nvidia Shield. 2 units, both with the same issue.

    Currently line wrapping is forced enabled. It should be optional (via the editor's menu).

  11. OpenSSH private key failing

    I recently installed Solid Explorer on a new phone, moved my SSH key over (2048-bit RSA) and it won't connect to my desktop, when the last phone I had (using the exact same key) could connect using Solid Explorer.

    Has something changed in the supported algorithms? This is one of my favorite apps and I'd like for things to work correctly.

    For the record, the key was generated using OpenSSH and the desktop in question is running Gentoo Linux. I am able to login using username and password, but that is less secure. No changes happened on the server side…

    I do not know how to get access to my sd card. I run android 5.0.1
    I see my sd card in the file explorer, i select sd card in top menu, press select sd card in the bottom but nothing happens

    Since the last developer preview (4), Solid Explorer crash with my Pixel 2.

  17. File permission changing

    This app would be absolutely perfect if not for one thing - the inability of changing file permissions (i.e. rw-rw----). I don't want to get Total Commander just because of that one thing. Please do it.

  18. Show number of items in folders for all connection typesconnections

    It would be great if you could show the number of items in folders for LAN/SMB and Cloud storage. It's possible because File Manager + does it and it's the main reason I still use that also.

  19. Add Dual pane toggle to panel header

    The horizontal dual pane toggle is currently located in Settings. Recommend moving the toggle to the panel header next to the Search icon. This will allow users to access dual pane while performing complex file operations requiring two panes for file compare then single pane for specific file ops demanding a full screen view. Currently, the user has to open Settings, find the dual pane mode setting, toggle it and return to file operations. Too complex for quick access.
