    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 and can not install your application on my device. I've attached a screenshot from the Play Store and a screenshot of by software version.

  2. can't write Japanese in SE text editor

    I can't convert japanese "hiragana" letters into "kanji" in SE text editor. when I type a second hiragana letter, automatically the first hiragana letter is fixed as "hiragana". so I can't write words which consist of a few letters. (I use Google Japanese converter(Google日本語入力))

  3. Update DNS IP

    Hola, mi inglés es regular, por eso escribo en español.

    Analizando el tráfico en Wireshark me doy cuenta que al estar conectado por medio de una VPN a mi casa, en la red Wifi de mi trabajo, no puedo conectarme por Samba a mi NAS. El problema está en la resolución DNS de la aplicación, ya que usa la IP del DNS que me asignan por DHCP en el trabajo, y no la IP del DNS asignado por la conexión VPN.

    El punto es que la petición DNS se hace a una IP de mi trabajo, ejemplo 10.4.56.78 a través…

  4. Can't open html files with firefox

    When choosing to open an HTML file, I'm presented with a vast list of installed apps, including Chrome, HTML Viewer, various text editors and pdf viewers, but not Firefox which is set as my devices default browser.

  5. "File copy" notification won't quit, how to force quit a Solid Explorer notification?

    I started a "File copy" operation a few days ago which must have gotten aborted, can't recall if I was low on battery & the phone shut down or what. But the notification that says a file copy operation is in progress and 44% complete is just stuck and will not quit. Is there a way to force quit it?

  6. Photos category is empty...

    Hi,
    Managed to shoot myself in the foot. Recently installed solid Explorer, tried to "hide" book covers from Photos on my Shield Tablet & all the photos in the Photos collection disappeared. There is nothing in hidden folders.
    I uninstalled reinstalled. I used a restore from my Moto E4. Nothing brings back the photo collection.
    The inbuilt photo viewer suddenly does not work either- maybe that will help with troubleshooting?

    What can I do?

  10. can not Install Solid Explorer. store Crashes

    I bought Solid Explorer a while ago. After an Update of Android in my Samsung Galaxy Tablet i could not find it installed. In Play Store installing it results in a Crash of Google Play. Repeated with same result. Can you help me, please

  11. Webdav not working with Asustor NAS

    I cannot get webdav to work with my asustor NAS. It works with other file explorers but not solid explorer.

    It is enabled in my NAS so not sure why it keeps giving me the unknown error.

  18. Meridian Player no playback

    1) Here on a Samsung 12.2 tablet, Lineage OS 14.1-2017... Android 7.1.2 Solid Explorer is the first app able to show all tagged pictures in all my mp3 folders correctly!

    2) So I would like SE to send these mp3 to players showing the pictures big sized. But the play apps SE offers are not many and these are not able to show any tagged picture. SE player himself works but showing only tiny pictures.

    3)SolidEx offers also Meridian Player but the player crashes instantly!

    Please fix the 'connection' to Meridian player. Or tell me another player showing tagged images…

  19. Oreo , can not access the compressed file directly

    I am used to access the compressed file directly with LG G4(android 6.0), and it works very well.
    After it changed to a HTC U11(8.0.0), I can't access compressed file directly any more.
    Is that a bug or just happened to me?

  20. ftp server shows only start directory

    2018-02-19

    After recent update the ftp server has a bug. My ftp clients only show the start directory and can't navigate to a deeper level. Tested on several phones and tablets
