  1. download folder shows as a sd card

    Looking at the storages locations I have 2 sd cards listed. I only have 1 installed. The 2nd is actually the downloads folder but it shows up as an sd card. How can I get that deleted? I access downloads through the internal memory storage.

  2. Connected to Windows Desktop; Bought App; No Longer Works

    I bought the full Solid Explorer app after testing it with our network yesterday and it worked fine. Today, I can't connect it to the LAN network anymore. The error message says "A problem occurred with network communication. Please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again." Both the tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and Windows 7 desktop computer) are connected to the internet on the same network.

    Please let me know how I can fix this issue. This feature is the only reason I downloaded and paid for the app and Google won't refund the purchase even…

  4. Can't use my SD Card or USB Drive

    Hi, after the latest update I can't grant permissions neither to my SD Card nor to my USB Drive, says wrong directory!

  5. I purchased version Unlock (Solid Explorer File Manager)

    I purchased version Unlock (Solid Explorer File Manager) but every it keeps going back to trial version. Help Please. Gave up on trying to find a way to contact the seller. I have the receipt with all the proof of sale.

  6. Mega & all other cloud accounts not connecting

    My main cloud account Mega is not connecting. Nor is it connecting to other clouds, like Google Drive & Microsoft OneDrive. I receive the message "Operation couldn't be completed due to an error on your device". I performed troubleshooting: tried rebooting the app, rebooting the phone, removed cache, removed app data, reinstalled the app, reinstalled the Mega plugin, reinstalled with removal of backup info, clean install with manual login on any cloud; I keep getting the same message.
    The well done cloud integration makes this a valuable app. Without it, there are better file managers out there. The designated apps…

  7. mega plugin can't connect - shows "expired"

    I have just bought mega plugin. It can't connect with mega cloud. During connection there is shown "expired" info.
    My mega is account was created a moment before buying the plugin.
    I had to retourn bought plugin.

  8. Image viewer

    I have several image viewers on my phone. I found one I like that can zoom in a lot. My problem is it seems like you are forcing me to use SE Image Viewer.

    When I browse to my desktop computer and it's shared folders, let's say a folder has 500 images. When browsing with SE Image Viewer I can scroll left and right through the images. No problem there.

    When I use another image viewer I can only view the images I open. So example, I open image #43 in the directory. Cannot scroll left and right. Back out…

  9. Problem with more than 519 files in the folder over SSH connection.

    I have one problem with the file in the folder.
    using SSH I connect to my server (WIN10) and I have a problem - if I have more than 519 files in the folder so I don't can to open it - "there is a problem with network communication". I use OS android Solid Explorer.
    can you please help me, where is the problem?

  10. Can not connect to Windows 10 SMB without internet access

    I access my shared folders on my PC via Solid Explorer with SMB/LAN. Everything works fine as long my internet is working. If I somehow lose internet, it can not access my PC on network. WiFi is still connected. SMB should not be depended on internet.

  11. Can't add Google Drive, SE is installed on Fire TV Stick. Could this be the problem?

    Above says idea, suggestion or decribe your problem. Why does the screen change with two options, Suggestions or Ideas, no button for PROBLEMS. Below is button "Post Idea" where is the "Post Problem" button????

  12. Trying to figure out how to set permissions for a file in this app?

    Trying to figure out how to set file permissions in this app - read-only, etc. (basic chmod stuff really, which should be possible with any decent file explorer software). Can anyone let me know how to do this as I've hunted all over for it. Otherwise this seems a really nice app and I would plan to purchase it. Thanks

  13. When I use solid explorer offline, it's always popup trial period over and you need to activate full version message box. Even I've purchase

  15. Storages are not restored from backup

    My storages are not restored from a backup. I made a backup of my config in my old phone, I restored it in my new phone and my storages are gone. I've tried it many times and I always have the same problem.

    I've googled for an answer and I can't find any. The version is the latest one in Google Play Store as of today (April 8th, 2019).

    Am I doing anything wrong?

  16. Can only open subscription versions of MS Office files

    I have a Chromebook and only use online versions of MS Office, but SE only allows me to open them with the subscription service, which I do not have. That renders SE pretty useless for me. Surely there is a way to broaden what it can open. But I can't find it.

  18. ANIMATIONS ARE SCREWED

    Ever since after 2.5.4 dragging a file folder animation is screwed . Folder disappears when being dragged.
    On 6.01 at least. Reported in Nov for 2.5.7 now 2.6.3 it is still a problem.

    I have to revert to 2.5.4

    Why don't you bother to fix anything anymore??

  19. Bookmark link it does not work

    Hello, iam connect to my NAS Server with webdav ...
    the connection works and all is good ^^

    i have two ways to login my server.
    The First: i Connect with my Lan IP Adress - I can make a bookmark and with link on my Homescreen.

    BUT ... When i Connect with my Public IP Adress.
    I can connect to the server
    But i can not use the link or the bookmark to connect and open a special folder on my server. (its a second bookmark with new link and not the same from my Intern Ip Adress.

  20. unable to find linux files on chromebook

    I'm using a Samsung Chromebook Plus V2, and just installed LibreOffice through Linux as my main productivity suite. I created a "Write" (like MS Word) document just to test out how/where files were saved locally, and (I planned) to encrypt with Solid Explorer and then store in cloud storage.

    Surprisingly, I cannot find the file through searching for the file name or extension, or navigating through any file path. However, the pre-loaded file manager has it neatly stored in the "Linux Files>Documents" folder, which I cannot find at all through Solid Explorer. Any suggestions?
