Hi, I paid for the app waaay back and I even have the emailed receipt from Krzysztof Glodowski via Google Play. And I don't have a problem paying again, except I don't know how to do that - it doesn't come up on Google Play and I have no ads or nag screens - I suspect it wouldn't help since I'm a registered user?!

Anyway, I haven't had any problem for FOUR+ years, now all of a sudden it won't let me access Google Drive (I noticed it about 9/4/20 I think). I select it, pop up window says use fingerprint but then it sends me to "Internal Drive", not GD. I tried "use password" (I don't think I ever set one and if I did it was a helluva long time ago), trying more than a dozen combinations but no love. So I've gone the route of connecting my phone to the computer to upload files and it seems so... well, archaic! (Even though it's faster, I still have to find the files, find the folder, move the files....ugh!)

How can I fix this?! I and my siblings transcribe lectures and meetings for my disabled sister and I'm getting anxiety trying to keep up and thinking I might lose/corrupt something with all the putzing around. Any help is greatly appreciated!! 9/28/2020
