Setting to completely hide Background sessions, Media, and Toolbox from the drawer
While you can collapse them, they still take up a lot of space so it would be nice to be able to completely remove them from the drawer.

ability to have more than 2 panels
I remember you told that you are against tabs, because they take too much space. So why not make it possible to have more panels? And would be useful if you add right-swipe menu (like left one but for opened panels)

Why do we have to go through so many pages to setup a connection
I tried to connect to my local ftp server, and I had to go through many pages in order to create the connection : one for connection type, the next for server info..etc. I think all of these information should be in a single page, it will be easier and quicker to set up.

Google drive account other than phone Google accounts
Please add support to add Google drive accounts other than the accounts on phone , this is the only feature that's holding me to es explorer

Enhanced Mouse, Keyboard, Dpad, support
SE 2.0 already has standard support for my connected Bluetooth mouse and keyboard (as does any up-to-date Android app)
What I am mostly requesting here is that Solid Explorer should recognise such things as:
= mouse-wheel scrolling for the SE image viewer
= spacebar on a keyboard
= pressing DEL on a keyboard to delete file/folder items
.... And much more which Android allows a developer to configure. Sadly Android does not (yet) recognise mouse middle-click.
I use Solid Explorer on a big TV screen with my 4k compatible Android media player (MINIX Neo x8-h Plus)
Please add thr enhancement…

Delete Confirmation Dialog
What you think about making delete confirmation dialog more immediate/convenient?
I really like how QuickPic's developer implemented it, not so long ago, and I propose to implement the same in Solid Explorer. Take a look: https://youtu.be/ONobMh-nXWE
I feel like it is interrupting/not smooth as it is now - when you hit "Delete" then you have to select "Delete" again from the center of the screen.
What do you think? Do you use QuickPic and how did you like its relatively new delete confirmation dialog?

The 'Open with' dialog could also show last TWO choices
Hi, currently by appropriate design only the 'Share' dialog shows the last two application choices.
I am requesting that the 'Open with' dialog shows the last two choices too which is especially useful for power users like me that have multiple media and office apps to handle a file. Please.

When zooming in a picture with the built-in image viewer the picture should be "depixelated"
I noticed when I'm zooming in a picture it remains pixelated. I know it's not because low picture resolution because other image viewers display the image fine. This problem is most noticable when viewing scanned text documents.

name of image file in SE image viewr
When you open an image file in SE image viewer, there is no title or name of the file itself on the top- only name of the app SE Image Viewer (see for instance image n1 attached); this is a useful feature to have a quick look to the name of the image, maybe only when you tape on it (I often use to "study" images and that helps me a lot). Compare 2 hashes when multi-selecting > properties
Today I went to compare 2 song files to see why one was corrupted. I was able to go to properties while multi selecting them. it provided awesome merged properties info, however I was unable to find the hash comparer when selecting 2 files.
I had to select each song and go to properties individually and copy /paste the hashes to compare.
my request is that when multi selecting, then go to properties, the hash comparer is available to tell me if the files I've multi selected are identical.26 votes -
Make navigation drawer contents adjustable
I want to be able to complete remove certain things from the nav drawer, such as collections, toollbox, and the background stuff(forgot what it's called). Basically I only use bookmarks and storages and want to be able to completely remove the other items from the drawer.

WebP format support for Image Viewer
SE can even give thumbnail to webp pictures but se image viewer can't open them.(not found in open with). Other apps can't access to remote devices so it's annoying when i'm watching many pictures.

bring back drag and drop
Will the options we have in Solid Explorer ever make their way over to Solid Explorer 2.0?
Specifically the great option to make drag and drop easy again? In the old Solid Explorer you can just drag and drop items from panel to panel, but in Solid Explorer 2.0 you need to long press, then release, then long press the same item a second time, then drag to second panel, wait for a pop up each time asking you what you want to do, and then select "move" from the list, where all you needed to do in Solid Explorer…24 votes
