    You can recover Excel password without any software, Use the given method-

    First, create a new folder and save your password protected excel file in that folder

    Now go to Organize – Click Folder & search options

    Under Tab view, scroll down to uncheck ‘Hide extensions’ for known file types and click on Apply

    Now change the file extension from .xlsx to .zip by renaming it and click "Yes".

    Now unzip it and extract the files

    Navigate to location xl – worksheets– Sheet1.xml and open with a notepad

    Now find and search for the tag “sheetProtection”

    Once you find it, delete the whole tag and save it

    Now change the extension from .zip to .xlsx and save it.

    Now you can easily open and edit your excel file without any password.
