    This has been happening since the latest update, worked fine on Oreo before that. On Nexus Player. No one has helped or answered my questions. I can't use the "in app" help because I can't even get that far. It's been weeks, and there has been ZERO HELP.

    Same here on Nexus Player. Both default windows blank, can't do anything else. After pressing enough buttons, it closes. Currently worthless app, I paid for. Can't send Bug Report if I can't even access the menu.
