    To back up the emails in Office 365 into PST, I did not have a straightforward method because Microsoft did not offer a direct solution to back up all emails from the mailbox. I required a secure solution that would enable me to save all emails for future use. After analyzing different solutions, I tested Softaken Office 365 Backup Software, which proved to be effective for me. It is a good Office 365 Backup solution that allows easy Office 365 backup to PST, along with preserving all emails, attachments and mail folders. It supports various formats like EML, MSG, EMLX, or MBOX, which can be supported on Windows 11, 10, 8, or 7.
