   If you have searched for the best tool to split PST files into small PST file formats, so use the ToolsCrunch Mac Split PST Tool. There are users can break their selected PST files into short PST. Follow some steps to split PST files: -
   • Open MS Outlook and select the Archive option from the File menu, which is normally found under the Cleanup Tool Options.
   • The option to pick a file or folder for the archive must then be selected.
   • If you want to split up the main Outlook PST file, you should pick the folder at the top that has all the other files within.
   • The parameters must then be changed so that the Archive can distinguish between things based on their data. Choose a date that you like to put under the title Archive items that are older than.
   • Select a location on your computer to save the Output file now.
