Manual ways to convert EML to PST:
Method 1: Using Windows Live Mail and Microsoft Outlook
    - Launch the MS Outlook and Windows Live Mail applications on the system.
    - In Window Live Mail, click on the File tab and from the export option select the Email messages.
    - Select the Microsoft Exchange as the export option and click on the Next.
    - A Pop up will display on your screen that all e-mails will be exported to Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Exchange.
    - Click OK.
    - Using the Select folders option, you can choose either you want to export all email folders or select the particular folder that you want to export.
    - Click OK.
    - After completing successfully, an Export complete wizard will come, click on the Finish.

Method 2: Using MS Outlook Application, Drag & Drop
    - The method is preferred when EML files are separately saved on the computer and not any EML supported email client is installed on the system to access them.
    - Firstly, open Outlook on your System.
    - Navigate the location of EML files, and then select the file.
    - Drag the selected EML file.
    - Drop it into Outlook Application.
    - By doing this, you will be to able open & view it into Outlook application.

    This May Help,
    Peter

    - Open the Lotus Notes email client and Open the NSF file that you need to convert in PST format.
    - Now click on File >> Export
    - Now enter the name and select the location where you want to save the file. Also choose Comma separated Value or Structured Text as Save As type
    - In case of Comma Separated Value you will get the dialog box given below, Select the options as shown in the image and click on OK button.
If you have chosen the Structured Text then the dialog box you will get in given below, Select the Options as shown in the Image and click on OK bottom.
    - Now the next step in to import the data in MS Outlook email client, Follow the steps given below to perform the same:
-- Launch Outlook Email Client and click on File >> Open >> Import
-- From the Import and Export Wizard, select the option Import from another program or file and click on Next button.
-- Now select the option Comma Separated Values and click on Next button.
-- Browse the CSV file that we have created before and choose the appropriate option and press the Next button.
-- In the Next step choose the destination folder where you want to import the NSF file and click on Next. This process may take some time and it depends on the size of your file.
-- After completion of the process you can easily access the NSF data in Outlook email client
This manual process may sometime result in the data loss and hence a better and easy solution is required to perform the conversion. One such solution that performs the conversion with an ease is MailsDaddy NSF to PST Converter. Earlier I have used this tool to perform the migration task and it worked like a charm. It has quickly converted the data of my NSF file to PST file format.

    Regards,
    Peter

Convert EDB to PST Using Exchange Admin Center:
This is the most direct method to export an EDB file to a PST file. Here is the process:

    - Log in to Exchange Admin Center as an administrator.
    - Go to the permissions tab and then click admin roles.
    - Under admin roles, go to Recipient Management and click (+).
    - Under the Role Group wizard, click the (+) option under the Roles option.
    - Select the Mailbox Import Export Role and click the add button. Then click OK.
    - Now you can see the Mailbox Import Export role under Recipient Management.
    - Now, go to recipients, select mailboxes, and choose any mailbox you wish to export. Then, click more (•••) and select the option Export to a PST file.
    - Browse a mailbox which you want to export.
    - Provide the path of a shared folder.
    - Select a mailbox that will get an email after a successful conversion. Finally, click Finish. The mailbox content will be migrated to the PST file.

    Hope This Helps,
    Peter

Export mailbox as a PST file:
Login to Outlook with the Exchange account that was used to create the OST files. And to export the OST mailboxes to PST, follow the simple procedure:
    - Go to Files >Open & Export and click Import & Export.
    - Select Export to a file; then click Next.
    - Select the second option—Outlook Data File (.pst)—and click Next.
    - Select the folder which you want to export and click Next.
    - Browse the location where you want to save the new PST file and choose the options regarding the duplicate items.

    Hope This Helps,
    Peter
