The use of an X for cancel instead of the current tick should suffice in improvement and resolve this nicely if agreed by everyone and dev.

Better if it was temporary highlighted for like a few seconds before highlight disappears :) Seems smart.

The smooth frictionless scrolling as seen in the Hangouts app...

...When lightly touch scrolling vertically. Even though it's not a web view.

Ability to user-configure the 'friction' of scrolling, like this example video:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwUQpSv0-A4

A close enough option has since been added in one of the 2.0 Beta's that allows for disable animated thumbnails as seen on videos in the SE file list.

Would still like an option in the settings to disable ALL thumbnails.

Since SE 2.0 features the Backup function, which was previously unbeknownst to me (it's in the top-right corner of Settings screen here- http://i.imgur.com/HAM2Sv9.png )

I now have Three important suggestions to make:

1.) Predefined backup folder for Backups made by SE: Perhaps consider writing the backup file to specific folder named "SolidExplorer backup" which would be a written to the main Internal Storage

2.) Wipe/Reset of SE app settings: Please add support for "Wipe" also-known-as "Reset" feature which can reset the app back to default (I know Android natively supports this for all individual installed apps but it saves the user the time and technical confusion of having to go through multiple Android settings menus just to achieve this).

3.) Restart app after Restoring backup: SE needs to either needs to do a full auto-restart of app or display a prompt to the user telling the user to manually close the app then start it again.

So as you know SE 1.6 versions already featured a Backup/Restore feature.

And I think that the Backup/Restore/Wipe found in MX Player is the best example for future SE 2.0 to use....

Notice how MX Player 'Backup' can let a user backup specific individual settings.....Would be good for SE users who may want to choose between backup of whole app settings or just bookmarks alone.

Screenshot of MX Player's Backup/Restore in action:- http://i.imgur.com/Hy7Uogb.png

(MX Player can backup individual specific settings that sare saved to same backup file)

These enhanced controls should all be made configurable in the SE settings :)

It looks like this feature now exists since a recent update... I checked on my Samsung test device.

Please close/resolve this request. Thank you very much SE development.

Ummmm or actually such an option could be better placed here: http://i.imgur.com/k9xycLK.png

At least if placed there it could be a more 'universal' remembrance of the scroll position for both the Bookmarks view and for folders in panels. However my main concern here is for remembering the last used scroll for the Bookmarks :)

Ooops my mistake, the tickbox in my mock-up should have gone in the actual "Bookmarks manager" window

It is best for the developer to decide

Ok, I created this mock screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/QIMKIIT.png

This shows where this setting could be best implemented :)
The mock-up shows that it is placed as a menu item under the "Sort storages" menu found under the Bookmarks display overflow menu

In the very latest Alpha./Beta of Solid Explorer 2.0 (as of Feb 21 2015) a simple White background is now used instead of a centered app icon on background.

I am happy with either Background.

The purpose of this feature is to work for within Solid Explorer only.

The only sensible use cases are file delete and move. File delete can’t be undone until I implement recycle bin. File move can be undone easily, but only if a single file or folder was moved in the same partition. Other cases are too complex and require another file operation to perform.
I’ll implement this feature when the recycle bin will be ready. Both file delete and move.

I would like an Undo and Redo for 'Move' and 'Rename' file/folder operations.

Thank you for your support in this Mr Glodowski
