   This is a really common point of confusion. The direct answer is: you can't import an NSF file directly into Outlook. Outlook has no idea how to read the Lotus Notes format.

   Think of it like trying to play a Blu-ray disc in a DVD player – they're just not compatible.

   So, the process is always two steps:

   CONVERT the NSF file into a PST file.

   IMPORT that new PST file into Outlook.

   Step 2 is easy – in Outlook, you just go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export and select the PST file.

   Step 1 is the crucial part. For this, you need a converter. I’ve used the eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter software for this many times.
