  3. Statusbar notification on USB OTG mounted

    Please provide the OPTION (not mandatory) to have a "permanent" statusbar notification when a USB OTG device is mounted, with an option (button) in the notification itself to "Explore" it (open the root dir of the USB device on the Solid Explorer app) and another button to "Unmount" it. This notification and its buttons that I'm suggesting are similar to that of gmail app when you get a new email and there's a button in the same notification to "Reply" or "Archive".

    This would greatly improve my experience as a user, since it would provide me this valuable shortcuts while…

  4. [Nexus 6]OTG-Plugin Not Working

    Plugging in the OTG Drive (OTG SD Card reader) with fat32 formatted sdcard, Solid Explorer asks for access permission. After granting permission, in the left side bar where the drives are listed, the OTG drive will show "Error. Space usage not available". Upon clicking on that drive, the error message "suspicious sectors per cluster count -128" will appear. Log attached. I'd be happy to provide more data if needed.

  7. Photo viewer sort

    When you sort a folder of pictures in the Explorer and then open one in the Image Viewer, upon swiping between pictures in the Viewer it uses alphabetical order regardless of the setting in the Explorer. It would be much more intuitive and useful if the order displayed in the Explorer also applied to the Viewer.

  8. In-app Purchase Instead of 2 Apps

    Would it be possible to have the new version unlockable via an in-app purchase so 2 apps don't have to be installed like with SE1. Its minor but having one less app(the unlocker) installed would be cleaner and less cluttered. I wouldn't mind having SE2 be a entirely new separate app with an in-app unlock for the full version because I think its worth buying again.

  10. Goat mode is very, VERY poor joke

    Easter egg should be funny, dammit! Playing loud screamer, in my case in the middle of the night, waking up my family is just bloody stupid idea! I am very disappointed.

  11. Amazon App Store

    Please release the unlocker on the Amazon Appstore. Some of us do not have the CC/DC access. Hence, it would be a great to buy the app from Amazon Appstore and support the developer.

    This will also decrease piracy which I have seen on many devices.

  12. "Folder Options" on per folder basis

    Just like being able to edit the "View Options" on per folder basis, why not allow this for "Folder Options" as well.

    What if I want hidden files to be shown just in a specific folder and not the entire file system. In this case, such a feature would be very handy.

  13. Root FTP server feature

    I love SE2's design and features, but one feature would be awesome

    Could you extend the FTP server part (yet to come in v2.0) to root just like Root FTP server does?

  14. Dual pane in portrait mode

    Split screen in portrait mode like the one in FX file explore. It's really helpful for single-handed use to copy/move files between folders and to/from USB drive.

  15. Option to Disable Animations

    Can we get an option to disable things like the fade-in icon animations when loading lists and opening folders? I know that L and material are all about animations, it seems, but the option to turn some of them off would be nice. All the eyecandy can get a bit distracting.

    After a long press, hold and drag and drop, how about the Menu showing Move Here instead of Cut and Paste?

  17. Let us manually enter ftp server address

    Give an option to enter the ftp address for ftp plugin and make that address constant,ftp address changes every time I start the server.

  18. Setting to completely hide Background sessions, Media, and Toolbox from the drawer

    While you can collapse them, they still take up a lot of space so it would be nice to be able to completely remove them from the drawer.

  19. Add unavailable SMB storages

    It seems to be impossible to add known SMB storages, that currently isn't accessible ...?

    I'd say it should be possible to add storages, independently of whether SE actually is able to connect to them upon the time of adding ...?
