  1. Clearing recently opened files

    A button on the top right side for instant clearing history would be nice. Now you can only clear it by selecting all the files and then clearing them.

    When I add the ten each bookmark in the bookmark manager, three bookmark in the left sidebar can only display unable to display ten, please correct the mistakes.

  4. Enable save to dialog to edit name of new file

    The save to dialog now only uses the original name. From some apps this is just a random string. It would be nice if you could change the name in the dialog.

  5. "Only this folder" under "View mode" should be checked by default and should be able to propagate to child folders

    When NOT clicking "Only this folder" ends up resetting view mode options for ALL folders, it makes no sense to have this being the DEFAULT action when utilizing the "view mode" dialogue. As a comparison, look at how this is handled in WIndows ... one has to EXPLICITLY tell Windows to apply viewing preferences to a specific folder or group of folders (granted that Windows makes this a clunky thing to do).

  6. FTP Server plugin Ethernet support

    Connection to network storages (SMB, etc..) can be made via ethernet or wifi but the FTP Server only works via wifi.
    Please consider implementing ethernet support for FTP Server, as it's the main connection used for android tv boxes and such.

  7. Checksum for folder

    Previously I was on ES, they have a feature to see the checksum (md5 and sha1) for a whole folder. Checksum feature is present for individual files in Solid, but not for whole folder at once.

  8. Shortcut to folders from android share> "save to" from any app

    Hello!
    I am constantly using solid explorer's "save to" (from share in an android app) to save files to a shared network folder on a windows machine.I would like to have a shortcut to the folder where I want to save the file after clicking the "save to" option, so that I dont always have to go through a bunch of folders until I find the folder I want to save to

    Allow users to decide (blacklist/whitelist) which folders show up in Collections. For instance, let me blacklist my Music folder and it's sub-folders from the Photos Collection so that it does not include album art. I only want photos from certain folders. I do not need to see icons, etc.

  11. Show file size in the "delete file" dialog

    Hey,

    I recently switched to Solid Explorer and like it quite much.

    But there is one thing I miss from the explorer app I used before.

    When I select a file or folder and press the delete button (trashcan symbol) it shows the dialog pop up where I can agree or decline to delete the file / folder.

    It would be awesome if that dialog pop up would also show the size of the selected object!
    When I want to clear up the internal SD on my Nexus 5 this would help with identifying larger, and maybe unwanted, files.

  13. Duplicate File Removal

    Solid Explorer should allow users to find all duplicate files in a folder and select all duplicate files either by old or new relevance and removed completely. Would save a lot of data storage, particularly; cloud storages with tons of duplicate photos.

    Many applications offer users to search and find duplicate files but not the ability to remove duplicates altogether.

    Solid Explorer should be the first.

  15. Picture thumbnails inside archives (ZIP, RAR, ...)

    Is it normal that with SE 2.1.7 the thumbnails of JPEG files inside an archive (e.g. ZIP or RAR) are not shown?

    I remember that SE 1.0 (classic) did that, but I don't find any setting for enable/disable this feature.

  16. Image Rotation on LAN

    One feature I miss from ES is the ability to rotate(90 degree intervals) images accessed over LAN.

    The ability to see how the space is used on your device would be great. Think "Unclouded" or "Disk Usage" but built in would be fantastic

  18. Wrong date after copy on NAS

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Solid Explorer on Android : when I copy a file to my NAS (Lacie CloudBox), the modified date is wrong. It is on october 2015...
    I tried with other apps (as ES Explorer), the date is ok with them.
    I don't know why Solid Explorer modifies the date... If I put back the back on my Android device, the date is ok again, but if I copy back on the NAS, it's wrong again...

  19. LAN Connection failed

    LAN Connection always fail while trying to connect. But it is working with other file browsers like EsExplorer. Sent this problem along with the log and got reply that it is because of authentication problem. But it is not, because with the same credential i can able to login from my laptop and with EsExplorer. Because of this problem I have to use other file browsers in my phone. Please solve this problem as early as possible. Thank you.
