  1. ftp server shows only start directory

    2018-02-19

    After recent update the ftp server has a bug. My ftp clients only show the start directory and can't navigate to a deeper level. Tested on several phones and tablets

  2. Oreo , can not access the compressed file directly

    I am used to access the compressed file directly with LG G4(android 6.0), and it works very well.
    After it changed to a HTC U11(8.0.0), I can't access compressed file directly any more.
    Is that a bug or just happened to me?

  3. Meridian Player no playback

    1) Here on a Samsung 12.2 tablet, Lineage OS 14.1-2017... Android 7.1.2 Solid Explorer is the first app able to show all tagged pictures in all my mp3 folders correctly!

    2) So I would like SE to send these mp3 to players showing the pictures big sized. But the play apps SE offers are not many and these are not able to show any tagged picture. SE player himself works but showing only tiny pictures.

    3)SolidEx offers also Meridian Player but the player crashes instantly!

    Please fix the 'connection' to Meridian player. Or tell me another player showing tagged images…

  4. Does read SD card, but can't write.

    Tested on Mi A1, it can read SD card, it shows in the side bar, but every time I do copy, cut or something in SD, files become 0B. Files will be normal after a reboot, but it's totally annoying that I can't access my files in instant.

  5. Directory sizes show as incorrect

    Directory sizes are not refreshed in time with changes made to the file system, therefore information shown is incorrect. There doesn't appear to be any visible way to force it to be updated other than renaming the directory in question

  7. Cannot overwrite existing files from SD to SD during moving (copying works)

    It works if moving or copying from internal memory to SD card, whatever already existed or not, all good.

    But will be failed if trying to move the same file from a SD folder to another SD folder.

    It works if you choose copy function, enable to overwrite the existing file from a SD folder to another SD folder.

    Very slow extracting 7z archive comparing 7z utility running in termux. Hours vs seconds

  9. Dropbox doesnt show new folders and files created.

    When I create a new folder on Dropbox using Solid Explorer it doesn't show up until latter. There's no way to refresh either so I have to wait or use the Dropbox app instead. This is especially annoying when copying or cutting a local file and wanting to paste it in a new folder I create on Dropbox. Since fhe new folder doesn't show up I have go abort the operation and use the Dropbox app instead.

  11. Solid Explorer doesn't show up in "Open from" list

    Until a recent update (I believe it was yesterday, Nov 23) Solid Explorer showed up in the "Open from" list in Android's built in file browser. This was inconsistent even before the update. Solid Explorer appeared in the list when I opened the Android browser from KeePassDroid. It did not appear in the list when opened from Keepass2Android. Since the update, it doesn't appear in the list ever.

    I'm running Android 8.0.0 on a Pixel XL.

    Do to Security Reasons SMBv1 is deactivatet in many Microsoft Network Enviroments. In this case Support of SMBv2/v3 is mandatory!

    When file changes locally and we try to upload it, we get Exception in upload: {".tag":"path","reason":{".tag":"conflict","conflict":"file"},"uploadsessionid":"ssss"}

  17. [Bug] White ugly line on top of the notification bar

    Using a Google Pixel 2 XL, Android 8.1.

    Possibly related to screen size/dpi/resolution/the fact that top of the display is rounded?

    Seems to only happen in the main view, doesn't happen in settings views etc

    It doesn't happen on my OG Google Pixel 1 (non-XL) also running 8.1

  19. Cloud connections and SD are not working

    Unfortunately cloud connections are not working, after being connected they never show up in Storages List. Can you fix this problem?
